Underrated Shotgun in Destiny 2 is a must-have in PvE – With infinite ammo

There is a powerful weapon in Destiny 2, the potential of which has so far remained undiscovered. We are talking about the “comedian”. You can find out how to get hold of the weapon and in which build it can develop its true power here on MeinMMO.

What kind of weapon is that? This is the vanguard shotgun known from Destiny 1, “The Comedian”. The Void Shotgun in the special slot is rarely equipped by Guardians and it is an exception if it should be used.

But what many do not know: With the right rolls and the right build, the weapon will turn you into a killing machine. You won’t lack ammunition or life energy, as your humorous friend will take care of the rest – you just have to keep getting kills.

Infinite ammo and super-fast regeneration

What makes the weapon strong? The comedian is more powerful than the Fractethyst, but that’s not his strength. It’s the right perks and the Adept version paired with the right mods that make it stand out.

Which roll should I look out for? The Comedian is the only shotgun with the perk “Get along”. Since the season of the splicer, this perk has been changed so that the ammunition in the reserves was only partially pulled into the magazine. Paired with the perk “Threshing” you automatically provide more super energy in addition to your kills.

This is what the roll you should look for looks like:

• Drawn barrel – Improved projectiles (or) additional magazine – Livelihood – Threshing

Warlocks become unstoppable killing machines

What does a strong setup look like? To savor the weapon to its fullest, you should play a warlock. This is especially worthwhile with the exotic chest protector “Coat of Combat Harmony”. If you equip a weapon to match your element, you provide additional super energy for kills.

Do you have your super bar full, you get bonus damage with your void pump. Provided you also use the Warlock’s Void Ultimate.

In addition, you should equip the lower tree of the Ulti, as this gives you the effect “devour” when you eat your grenades or melee kills.

This ensures that your life is regenerated with each subsequent kill until the buff expires. The good thing here is that the timer of the effect is reset after every kill, so you can pull that to infinity, provided you have enough opponents.

The only mods you need for your armor are:

• Heavy handed (Arc, “light charged” mod) – The mod is used for the secondary effect, which delivers ammunition to the reserves when you are surrounded by enemies and kill them with the shotgun.
• Charge Acceptance (Neutral, Light Charged Mod) – Charge yourself with light when you collect spheres of light
• Energy converter (void, “light charged” mode) – If you use your grenade, all stacks of light are used up and you get super energy back in return.

How do I get to the gun? The pump can be embraced in the twilight. However, if you want to own the Adept version, you should visit the front-runner dawn. In keeping with this, you even have time from January 11th to January 18th to secure one of these comedians.
