Nobody knows the reason: the function that the iPhone 13 does not include and previous models do
A function available on iPhones for years that has disappeared from the iPhone 13 without any explanation.
A few days ago we informed you of a function that for some unknown reason it did not seem to be available on the iPhone 13. This is the noise cancellation option on phone calls, available in previous generations of the iPhone and not included in the new generation iPhone.
Until now it was thought that it was a software error and that Apple would update iOS 15 adding this function, however according to a recent User conversation with Apple support, it seems that iPhone 13 users will not have this feature. For some reason Apple decided not to include it.
The iPhone 13 are left without noise cancellation on calls
One of the readers 9to5mac has shared with them a conversation he had with Apple Support on Twitter. When asked if they knew anything about this feature and its possible arrival in the form of a software update, the answer was clear: The iPhone 13 does not have this function.
We have an update on this. Noise cancellation on calls isn’t available on iPhone 13 models, so you don’t see this option in Settings.

We do not know why Apple has decided to remove this useful function which makes us be heard much better during calls, there is no official explanation. It is a function available for several generations of iPhone, at least from the iPhone XS onwards, all iPhones released have included it.
It is true that, to a certain extent, this can be solved with the isolation function of the Control Center that we can activate during a call, however this was a permanent setting available for all our calls. A function that all the latest iPhones released except the iPhone 13 have.
