1. Use Google Play Store

As soon as you tap on the storage option, a list of all the apps downloaded in the phone will appear and the app which is occupying the most storage will be at the top. 2. Delete Large Files Like This
For this, it is necessary to have Google’s Files app in your phone, which you can also download from Play Store. Open this app and tap on Clean option given at the bottom. You will find many options that help in cleaning the storage. Here you will be given the option of Delete Large Files to delete large files. The files which you do not find useful, they can be deleted from here.

3. How to Manage WhatsApp Storage
On WhatsApp, we share a lot of messages, photos and videos throughout the day. Due to this, the storage of our phone is continuously increasing. A feature is given in WhatsApp to remove unnecessary and large files. For this, after opening WhatsApp, you have to go to Settings and then go to the option of Storage and Data and tap on Manage Storage. Here you can view or delete files larger than 5 MB.

4. Save photos and videos here instead of in the gallery
A great way to save the phone’s storage is also to save all the photos and videos on the online storage instead of the phone gallery. For this, you can use Google’s popular Photos app, which is available pre-installed in almost all Android phones. You can save all your media files here and delete them from gallery.
