Nintendo Switch Online: You can play Banjo-Kazooie in the service later this week

The popular N64 duo conquers the Switch.

Banjo-Kazooie brings back wonderful childhood memories for some of us, while others may have missed the N64 classic. Two good reasons to be happy that the animal duo will soon be making the Switch unsafe. Now it is known on which date you can start with the two – and you hardly have to be patient anymore.

It’s all about this: You need the Nintendo Switch Online subscription service to play with your friends. The package also includes popular NES and SNES classics. The games line-up was recently expanded to include N64 titles such as Paper Mario – and more are to follow. Banjo-Kazooie is waiting for you this week.

Date known: The fun 3D platformer is already expanding the range of games tomorrow, January 20th, like nintendoeverything.com reported.

How to play Banjo-Kazooie: In order to be able to play the N64 titles, you need the Expansion Pass for Nintendo Switch Online, which initially caused some resentment among fans. The emulation quality and the hefty surcharge were criticized. If you want to receive the new titles, you pay 40 euros, twice as much as the normal subscription.

A charming platformer awaits you, packed with action and humor. The title was developed by Rare and first appeared on the N64 in 1998. A remaster for the Xbox360 was released in 2008.
