What did the user do exactly? User Throwaway59724 said he works for a small law firm. Here he first worked directly from the office, but due to the corona pandemic he then had to work from home like many other people. His job at the law firm was actually to enter certain data into a system and regularly check for inconsistencies. But here he came up with something. Because the user wrote a script, i.e. a small program that takes over the work steps for him.

The script checks the new files, generates hash values ​​and transfers new data to the cloud. He himself, he explained, just sits there and checks whether there are any mistakes. Incidentally, he doesn’t have a bad conscience because the work would get done.
