How to type to Siri instead of talking to Siri

Almost all Apple devices offer a setting to write to Siri and read her responses!

4. Check the box to Enable type for Siri.

2. Type the request, press the Enter key, and Siri will execute it.

To disable Siri voice responses on Mac we must go System Preferences > Siri and deactivate Voice comments.

How to Type to Siri on Apple TV+

Here are the steps to speak to Siri using the keyboard on Apple TV:

1. go to the menu Settings > Accessibility > Type to Siri.
2. Type to Siri enabled on Apple TV, using the on-screen keyboard, the attached Bluetooth keyboard, or the Remote app.
