Do you remember the (false) rumors of the iPhone X?
Was it Apple that leaked these fake iPhone X? There is this doubt now that almost 5 years have passed since these rumors.
The biggest change in the history of the iPhone occurred in 2017 with the launch of the iPhone X. And for months before its arrival, all the rumors indicated that Apple was going to adopt a new design without a home button and with a screen adjusted to the frames Of the device. However, the first leaks were completely false, with a design very different from what we know today.
those fake leaks showed an iPhone X with a design with larger top and bottom bezels than those of the final model, a screen that does not have rounded corners, an aluminum back and a round Touch ID sensor on the back, just below the Apple logo.
We saw plans, diagrams, aluminum molds and even instructions that showed the design of this new iPhone, however everything turned out to be false. And now some are saying that it was Apple itself that was behind all these fake iPhone X leaks.

Too many details that seem leaked by Apple itself
It is not known if Apple was behind these false leaks, or if it really was. a prototype with an early design of the iPhone X. But some like Ben Geskin, who was the first to leak the final design of the iPhone X, believe that it is Apple that leaked this false information to divert attention.

Finally the iPhone X little or nothing resembled this device. Face ID completely replaced Touch ID, we had a glass body and not aluminum and much tighter frames. But we will never know where this information came from.
