Pokémon GO starts tomorrow event with new Pokémon and Shiny – Environment Week

Environment Week 2022 starts in Pokémon GO on April 20. We’ll show you everything about the start, end, content such as the new Pokémon Commander, Shinys and more.

What is it about? Environment Week is an event in Pokémon GO that is active for about five days. Content includes the new Pokémon Commander and the dazzling Kikugi. There are also special event spawns, eggs, field research and Pokémon that are attracted by lure modules.

Contents of the Environment Week 2022

Start and end: Environment Week starts on Wednesday April 20th at 10:00 am local time. It will then end on April 25 at 20:00 local time.
New Pokemon: Commander from the seventh generation of games is moving into Pokémon GO. You will find it for the event for the first time in the game. It has no advancement.
New Shiny: The dazzling form of Kikugi will be unlocked for you. This also gives you the chance to progress through advancements to Shiny Kinoso in the cloud form and the sun form.
Bonuses: Nature is the focus of the collector’s task for the event. If you master the task, you will make progress towards your Top Collector medal. There is also a Moss Lure Module and 15 Super Balls.
You’ll also get double XP for the first spin of a PokéStop throughout the event.

Spawns, eggs and research

Wild Spawns: Matching the event, there will be a few special Pokémon for you to meet in the wild. However, it is still unclear how high the chances of getting the respective copies are. Pokemon we with a star

With luck you will meet Bisaflor* and Paragoni eggs:

• Other Pokémon are hiding in the 7 km eggs for the event. Keep in mind that this only counts for the new eggs you receive during the event.

Alolan Digda*, Larvitar*, Kikugi*, Commander Moss module:

• During the event, you will receive a free Moss Lure Module in a box. This attracts the following Pokémon during the event:
• Duflor, Ultrigaria, Endive*, Chelcarain, Kikugi, Strawickl

With luck you will meet: Alola-Digda*, Blubella, Nincada* Field research:

• For completing field research tasks, you will receive encounters with:
• Chelast*, Kikugi*, Serpifeu*, Unratütox*, Igamaro or Paragoni

In addition, some researches will give you Mega Energy for Bisaflor or Rexblisar
