Pokemon GO: Collector’s Challenge issues – Where is Ultrigaria hiding?

In Pokémon GO, Environment Week 2022 is running with a Collector’s Challenge. But which Pokémon does the Moss Lure Module attract and where are Ultrigaria and Duflor?

What’s going on in Pokemon GO? The big Environment Week 2022 started on April 20th. It brings special spawns, the new Pokémon Commander and dazzling Kikugi. A Moss Lure Module is then supposed to solve the event’s Collector Challenge, but this is where trainers falter.

Trainers wonder where Ultrigaria and Duflor are hiding.

Ultrigaria and Duflor cause problems

This is the Collector’s Challenge: The challenge is to catch six Pokémon. You will be rewarded with 10,000 XP, 15 Super Balls and an encounter with Meganium. The rewards initially included a Moss Lure Module, but Niantic stepped in at the last minute. The six Pokemon you should catch are:

• Kikugi
• slime
• Ultrigaria
• duflor
• junk tox
• Chelcarain

This is special: At the start of the event, the Niantic team said that you will only find two Pokémon in the Collector’s Challenge with a Moss Lure Module. They don’t spawn in the wild. These are Ultrigaria and Duflor. You can also find the other Pokémon in the wild.

What is the problem? On reddit and on social networks, trainers are asking where Ultrigaria is hiding. Even with the Moss Lure Module activated, they can’t find the Pokemon that would allow them to complete their challenge.

That’s what trainer nerdyguytx says reddit: “Moss Lure Module will not attract Ultrigaria”. He writes that he and his friend used their Moss Lure Modules at a PokéStop, but no Ultrigaria were lured in the hour the module was active.

Many coaches agree. One explains: “I saw a couple of people confirm they got it. But I’m like you. I’ve used 3 lock modules so far and none [Ultrigaria] seen.”

With other trainers, the problem is more Duflor. They say that while they were able to capture Ultrigaria, Duflor would hide from them.

It’s quite possible that Niantic will see the problems and offer a solution in the next few days to help you with the collector’s challenge. Maybe they’ll adjust the spawn chances of the lure modules again.
