Elden Ring: ‘Let Me Solo Her’ parody is the worst co-op partner ever

If you follow Elden Ring news regularly or hang out in related communities, we probably don’t need to explain who ‘Let Me Solo Her’ is anymore. We’ll do it anyway: The co-op player can be summoned for the Malenia boss fight, and then take them out single-handedly – and all this wearing only panties and a pot on his head. But the fame of this co-op partner has also inspired at least one fan to create a nasty parody.
Tributes and a parody
It’s all about this: Let Me Solo Her is now a living legend in the Souls community. There are not only interviews, but fanart and even a mod that brings the co-op partner into play as an NPC. No wonder: For many gamers, Malenia is one of the most difficult Elden Ring boss fights or even the most difficult Souls bosses ever.
Since Let Me Solo Her was the last hope for a whole bunch of gamers, it’s little wonder that the co-op partner inspires many fans. But that doesn’t just apply to friendly homage…
Nasty parody: Redditor Omar-uWaMouShinderu shows a screenshot by a co-op partner who does the exact opposite of Let Me Solo Her.
This player simply sits comfortably in front of the boss door…
Instead of facing her alone, this person doesn’t get involved in the battle, sitting comfortably in front of the door and watching – which is especially mean because the boss gets more HP through the presence of summons.
Do Her Yourself
Maybe the host could have smelled the roast, after all this lazy co-op partner is called ‘Do Her Yourself’, of all things. So the name says it all and the parody is unmistakable.
However, summoning in front of Malenia’s boss room can get hectic at times, and in order to even get a co-op partner, some players just hammer on the keys before others grab their helping hands.
Nasty, but pretty funny: Actually, this ploy is pretty nasty as it doesn’t conform to the unofficial Souls code of fans being respectful in both co-op and PvP. Newcomers in particular can be put off by the fun multiplayer functions. In this case, the troll is so creative that it’s just funny and we hope the host will get over it.
