LoL: The best team in Europe challenges the strongest team in the world in brilliant video

In League of Legends, G2 Esports is the best team in Europe. But the Korean LoL team T1 still has a score to settle with them: The Koreans around superstar Faker are currently considered the strongest LoL team in the world. They are favorites to win the MSI 2022 tournament. G2 is now pronouncing the challenge in a cult clip: It’s about the German top laner Broken Blade, the top ather.

What’s going on with G2 and T1?

There are only a few occasions when teams from different regions play against each other in LoL: either at the Worlds or at the MSI, the “mid-season” tournament.

G2, on the other hand, enjoy their reputation as “Korea fright” and are already looking forward to the upcoming MSI 2022 tournament, because they could meet T1 again there. After a lengthy hiatus from the international stage and lackluster months, the MSI is a highlight for G2. And the social media team is once again in top form.

This is the video now: In a three-and-a-half-minute video, G2 celebrates a parody of the film “The Godfather”: The mafia classic is called “The Godfahter” in English, so the German-Turkish Broken Blade suddenly becomes “Topfather”.

How good are both teams? On paper, T1 has arguably played the most dominant season ever by a team in LoL. T1 simply never lost in Korea, they won everything.

Has now surrounded her veteran Faker with brilliant young talents like support Keria and his brilliant botlane partner Gumayusi. After a few weak years, the success-hungry T1 is now extremely strong. Faker is eager to finally claim his fourth World Cup after 2013, 2015 and 2016.
