The new PS Plus gets free top titles for PS4 and PS5 – “Finally another reason to buy PS Plus”

Sony has presented the lineup of the new PS Plus. The reactions to this are very different. But many praise the strong lineup that is to come on PS4 and PS5.

What was announced? Sony has announced in its official blog post which games will be included in the new PS Plus. The first reactions are mostly positive, because many top titles are included in the new subscription.

Who gets access to the games? If you want to play the games for free on the PS4 and PS5, you have to subscribe to either PS Plus Extra or PS Plus Premium. That’s either €13.99 or €16.99 for PS Plus Premium.

The previous subscription, now called PlayStation Plus: Essential, included the 3 monthly free games but not the full lineup.

Many top titles in the new PS Plus for PS4 and PS5 included – a few popular classics are missing

What games are included? With Ghost Of Tsushima Director’s Cut, Bloodborne or Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, some top titles are included in the new PS Plus.

Also from PS Plus Extra, Ubisoft+ is included in the subscription. This gives you free access to loads of Ubisoft titles when you play on the PlayStation.

However, there is one downside: Games like Metal Gear Solid or the Persona series are not included in the new subscription model. Some users find this disappointing, but many are convinced of the new lineup.
