WoW’s Heartbound Lupine: Fixed animation, fans think it’s stupid

All of WoW's achievements...at least for the next 5 days

from Susan Brown
You can use the protoform synthesis in WoW: Shadowlands to get countless mounts and one of them is the Heartbound Lupin. He causes a stir with his “broken” flight animation: He doesn’t run through the air, but swims. That’s what WoW fans find so special about the Lupine – and now they’re disappointed that the animation will be changed in WoW Patch 9.2.5.

With WoW Patch 9.2.5, big things are happening on the WoW live servers! In the instanced group game, realities are altered; Horde and Alliance can suddenly play together. Blood Elves and Dark Iron Dwarves are excited about new items to add to their heritage item collections. PvP disciples flock to the new Enigma Arena… which unfortunately doesn’t work the way WoW developers intended it to at the start of Shadowlands, but what the heck… Just some new PvP fodder, right?

But with the patch on June 1, 2022, a few small things will also happen: Bugs will be fixed. Apparently, the WoW makers found the flight animation of the protosynthesis mount Heartbound Lupin inappropriate and therefore it has already been adjusted on the test server. The fans, on the other hand, found the Heartbound Lupine charming precisely because of the unusual animation and are now arguing about whether it is still worth getting the glowing four-legged friend from the collection.

Heartbound Lupine no longer floats in the air

The Heartbound Lupine’s apparent bow was a flight animation that should have been in the weightlessness of water, not air. The lupine floats in the air. With WoW (buy now ) Patch 9.2.5 he runs through the skies, say the folks at IcyVeins. As it should be, the WoW makers seem to think so.
