Cyberpunk 2077: content of the first expansion apparently known

Thanks to a patch error, information about the expansion of Cyberpunk 2077, which is planned for next year, is known.

Cyberpunk 2077 got off to an extremely rocky start, especially for last-gen consoles. Even if the first impression lasts forever, one can hope for improvement, for example through an extensive expansion next year.

With a recent update, numerous dialog files from the first Cyberpunk 2077 expansion were incorrectly patched into the game. Based on these dialog files, you can already guess what scope the add-on will have.

The dialogues indicate that there will be seven main missions and additional side missions. Also, it will probably be mostly about a character named Songbird turn.

The dialogues also reveal at least two areas that already exist in the open world, but which were previously inaccessible. The missions are therefore probably the player in the Sports Dome and into the Combat Zone to lead.

Finally, it can still be assumed that the expansion has an influence on the gameplay of the main game, since there is a connection to this at the end.

Developer CD Projekt Red has not yet officially commented on the date or content of the expansion, other than that it should be ready in 2023.

As usual, information from such leaks, rumors and more should be viewed with some skepticism.
