play Podcast #288: Demons, Snipers and Splatters
In issue 288 of the play podcast there is again all sorts of stuff to talk about. First, Katha, Sascha and Chris devote themselves to the fuss they’ve been consuming lately. Among other things, it is about the new comedy special by Ricky Gervais, Adventure Time, Battlestar Galactica and a punk documentary. Afterwards, a previously recorded conversation with colleague Michi awaits you. He has tested the newly released Sniper Elite 5 and is therefore chatting with Chris about the strengths and weaknesses of the title set in World War II. There are also a few anecdotes from Michi and Chris’ joint co-op session. Katha then shares two insider music game tips before the group discusses the asymmetrical multiplayer title Evil Dead: The Game. Sascha and Chris highlight the fan service and atmosphere of the game, but also find fault with many things about Saber Interactive’s splatter. Finally, there is a round of community, in which the trio discusses, among other things, which games they would torment their colleagues with if they could.
