GOG.com: Sanitarium free for a limited time – News

From now until June 8th you can get the point-and-click adventure sanitarium by DreamForge Intertainment from 1998 free at GOG.com to back up. This is a version with English voice output and English texts. The download size is around 1.3 gigabytes.

Sanitarium confronts you with various horror scenarios that you puzzle your way through while trying to remember your identity. As a nameless player with a bandaged head, you will meet a lot of weird characters and be confronted with many a horrible situation.

The controls are a bit unusual for a point-and-click adventure: your character only moves if you hold down the right mouse button and then move your mouse pointer in the desired direction. All actions are then carried out with the left mouse button. If you want, you can also play the horror adventure with a daily build of ScummVM.
