AMD: New roadmaps for Ryzen, Radeon and Co. today

AMD will host its latest investor conference on June 9 from 9:30 p.m. to approximately 2:30 a.m. CET. According to the announcement, there will be “updates on corporate strategy, technology and product roadmaps” as part of this. Accordingly, the company will be talking about the next generation of in-house products and is also expected to provide details on further developments in the future beyond that.

AMD’s Financial Analyst Day is designed to reassure investors that AMD remains a solid investment going forward. Because AMD is a technology company, AMD’s financial future depends on a strong product lineup, and that means new technologies are introduced here as well. Speakers will include AMD chairmen and CEO Dr. Lisa Su, CTO Mark Papermaster and CFO Devinder Kumar.

What to expect

Among other things, it is expected that AMD will publish new Ryzen and Radeon roadmaps and explain how the recent acquisitions of Xilinx and Pensando will affect AMD’s future. For example, in addition to Zen 4 and RDNA 3, how hardware from Xilinx and Pensando could be integrated into future Ryzen or Radeon products could be presented. New possible uses of 3D packaging technologies could also be an issue.
