SpellForce: Conquest of Eo was announced today by publisher THQ Nordic.
The new SpellForce offshoot is a turn-based strategy game for the PC.
A genre mix
According to the publisher, SpellForce: Conquest of Eo combines turn-based strategy, role-playing, tactical hex combat and 4X elements.
At the beginning you take care of exploring the different lands of Eo starting from your old master’s mage tower.
There you compete against competing factions and send your armies and heroes through the country not only to discover secrets and powerful artifacts.
You can expect procedurally generated campaigns, different mage classes, and randomly selected opponents.
The recruitable heroes each have personal tasks and lead your troops while you gradually expand your mage tower and add new rooms.
