Crazy gameplay for Capcom’s dinosaur shooter “Exoprimal”

„Exoprimal“ bietet Kämpfe gegen Dino-Horden

The Japanese gaming specialist Capcom has presented new gameplay from its upcoming dinosaur shooter “Exoprimal” as part of a major streaming show. The trailer features insane battles between exoskeleton-armed high-tech warriors and the deadliest dire lizards of prehistoric times.

Coming to PC, PlayStation and Xbox consoles in 2023, Exoprimal pits teams of human players against powerful dinosaurs. Capcom revealed how these fights work during its “Showcase” stream. The most important game mode is called “Dino Survival”: Two teams compete against each other and try to complete tasks assigned by an AI as quickly as possible rival teams also work together – including defending crashed planes from dinosaur attacks or using powerful superweapons. Various playable classes, as found in other team shooters, should provide variety – such as specialists for heavy weapons, massively armored front-line fighters or well-camouflaged snipers. Capcom has experience in the segment of dinosaur shooters: the Japanese are behind the classic ” Dino Crisis” from 1999, in which fans have long hoped for a sequel. “Exoprimal” will be released in 2023 – the exact date has not yet been revealed – for PC, PlayStation and Xbox consoles. But you can test it as early as July: On the game’s website, Capcom is looking for participants in the closed network test on Steam.
