Santa Monica, California – Warzone is about to start Season 4 and now Activision has finally unveiled the new season with an official roadmap. Traditionally, a lot of fresh content and all sorts of innovations come into play. We take a look at the highlights of the new Season 4 and show you what to expect in Call of Duty’s in-house Battle Royale over the course of the summer.

Warzone: The most important thing about the new Season 4 – date, time, update, trailer
When exactly does Season 4 start? As Activision announced in a new “Call of Duty” blog, the joint Season 4 of Warzone and CoD: Vanguard will start on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. German time. The launch will be simultaneous on all platforms.
Is there an update? Yes, at the start of the season there will traditionally be a major update for both Warzone and Vanguard, which brings the new content into play and activates it.
- The Vanguard update will go live on June 21, 2022 at 6 p.m
- The Warzone update will be available on June 22, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. – right at the start of the season

The highlights of Season 4: The new Season 4 will have a lot to offer. We have summarized the biggest content highlights of the new season for you here in a compact overview:

- a major update for the large Warzone map “Caldera”
- 4 New Modes: Fortune’s Keep Revive, Gold Bounty, Titanium Trials: Endurance, Rebirth of the Dead
- rotating playlist with three maps: Caldera, Rebirth Island and Fortune’s Keep
- new event “Mercenaries of Fortune”
- new features like armored SUV, EMP grenade, new contract (first on the new map) or ATM (in loot)
- 4 new weapons for Warzone: Marco 5 SMG (at launch), UGM-8 LMG (at launch), Push Dagger (in launch window), Vargo-S assault rifle (throughout the season)
