What are the collector challenges? The Pokémon GO TCG crossover event also includes six collector challenges that players can solve. Each challenge requires Trainers to catch or evolve specific Pokémon. These six Collector Challenges are available for the Pokémon GO TCG Crossover Event:

Especially the last collector’s challenge has it all. We’ll show you how to solve all six of them in Pokémon GO.

Pokémon GO: TCG Crossover Event – Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Charmander Collector Challenges

Bulbasaur Collector Challenge: As the name suggests, this Pokémon GO Collector’s Challenge is all about Bulbasaur. In addition to the starter Pokémon, Trainers must catch other Pokémon:

  • Bulbasaur
  • Webarak
  • rice louse
  • stylus
  • Pikachu with Pokemon Trading Card Game Cap

Firebug is one of the new Pokémon and can be caught in the wild. However, it also appears in Tier 1 raids. As a reward, trainers will receive 1,000 XP and an encounter with Venusaur. This is important for the final collector challenge.

Charmander Collector Challenge: In this Collector’s Challenge, Trainers in Pokémon GO also have to catch a starter from Kanto and other monsters:

  • Charmander
  • Camaub
  • Magikarp
  • Alola Rattusk
  • Pikachu with Pokemon Trading Card Game Cap

The reward for solving the Charmander Collector’s Challenge is an encounter with Charizard and an additional 1,000 XP.

Squirtle Collector Challenge: Of course, the third starter from Kanto should not be missing in the first three collector challenges. For the Squirtle Collector Challenges, Trainers must catch these monsters in Pokémon GO:

  • Squirtle
  • Bidiza
  • flegmon
  • Eevee
  • Pikachu with Pokemon Trading Card Game Cap

As a reward, there is also an encounter with the end evolution of the starter: Turtok. Trainers will also receive an additional 1,000 XP.

Pokémon GO: TCG Crossover Event – Hard Collector Challenges Solution

Exchange Collector Challenge: The Pokémon GO TCG Crossover Event also comes with three Collector Challenges that are a bit more difficult to complete. For the “Trade” challenge, the following Pokémon must be traded with another player:

  • Pikachu
  • Bulbasaur
  • Charmander
  • Squirtle

As a reward, there is at least 3,000 XP and a lure module.

Collector’s Challenge “Kanto”: The Kanto Collector’s Challenge focuses on the second and third evolutions of the starter Pokémon. So you have to catch the following monsters in Pokémon GO:

  • Bisaknosp
  • Glutexo
  • Schillok
  • Venusaur
  • Charizard
  • Turtok

In fact, you’ll probably have to catch all of the required Pokémon, so you can’t solve the collector’s challenge by evolving Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle. Anyone who solves this collector’s challenge in Pokémon GO will receive a whopping 5,000 XP and an incubator.

Advanced Collector’s Challenge: Finally, there is probably the most difficult collector’s challenge for the Pokémon GO TCG crossover event. Here, trainers have to receive the end developments of the starters through an exchange and catch three more Pokémon:

  • Venusaur
  • Charizard
  • Turtok
  • Relaxo
  • Letarking
  • dragonite

How to catch Dragoran, Snorlax and Letarking: With a bit of luck, trainers can catch Dragoran, Letarking, and Relaxo in the wild. But they rarely show up there. A better option is therefore the level 3 raids, in which the three monsters also appear. The three monsters also bring you some field research.
