WoW: Blood Elf weapons – some are there, but where are the others?
With Patch 9.2.5, the WoW developers brought some weapons into play that were specifically intended for blood elves. But while some of them can already be earned, the others are still unobtainable.
It’s been a few years since Blizzard started to give very special armor to different peoples in WoW. Armor that not only looks good, but also presents the very special flair of the respective people. But the main reason why this traditional armor suited the respective people so much better was because it was precisely tailored to their bodies. Unlike animal sets, which have to fit all races from gnomes to tauren, the designers here were able to focus on looking perfect in one mold.
However, there was an issue with heritage armor. These are much more detailed and have a completely different look than almost all other armor in the game. This in turn ensures that there are hardly any suitable weapons for the sets. Especially the armor of the dark iron dwarves and blood elves is very different from anything that has existed before. That’s why many players were looking forward to WoW (buy now ) Patch 9.2.5. Because he finally brought suitable weapons.
A part is there, a part is still missing
For example, while the Polearm, which goes perfectly with the Blood Elf set, is available as part of a quest line, we still miss some of the other weapons. The perfectly fitting sign in particular came into play much earlier (still during the BfA). However, there is still no way for WoW players to get the template shield. Ditto for another polearm that actually looks more like a glaive (but is actually a polearm according to the data).

With 9.2.5 there was even a silver version of the polearm that can be reached as part of the quest line. But this is not available at the moment either. This begs the question, why do the developers bring such content into the game and then not make it accessible? After all, these are not just any run-of-the-mill rewards, but special items that should fit exactly into one set. What weapons do you carry with the Blood Elf Heritage Armor?
