Warzone Season 4: New sequencer grenade makes players see red

In CoD Warzone, many new features are currently coming into play with Season 4 in addition to the Fortunes Keep map. The sequencer grenade is particularly useful here.

Santa Monica, California – With the update for Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4, the new map Fortune’s Keep finally comes into play. The map offers some new features and special features. For example, you can get your hands on the new unique sequencer grenade. We’ll tell you what it can do, where you can get it, but also how you can defend yourself against it.

Warzone Season 4: What good is the new sequencer grenade?

This is what the sequencer grenade does: The new sequencer grenade in Warzone Season 4 causes visual and acoustic distortions in your opponents. In concrete terms, this means: Large and red numbers appear all over your opponent’s screen, which will severely impair his vision. In addition, the hit player is afflicted with an acoustic debuff. Since the sequencer grenade completely disrupts the screen and the effect lasts for a few seconds, it is a tool not to be underestimated.

Where do you get the sequencer grenade in Warzone? You can only get the grenade by collecting a Black Market Supply contract on the Fortunes Keep map. This contract is also an innovation in Warzone Season 4. After collecting the contract, a large yellow circle will appear on your minimap, which you must reach and a countdown of about two minutes will start.

As you enter the circle it will get smaller and smaller until it finally leads you to the Black Market Buy station on the map. The sequencer grenade will cost you $500. At the new black market purchase station in Warzone Season 4 you can also get other unique items. However, remember that the Black Market Buy station is also open to other players while you are accessing it.

How do you defend yourself against the grenade? In order not to be at the mercy of the debuff of the sequencer grenade, you can either use a Stim Pack or use the Perk battle hardened counteract. If you don’t have either of those things at hand, there’s only one thing to do: get out of the line of fire, into cover and hope that the effect wears off and you can see things through again.
