Does Sascha Huber also cancel season 2?
The Austrian Sasha Huber With 1.51 million (as of June 2022) subscribers, is the fitness YouTuber with the widest reach in the German-speaking area. The 29-year-old was already invited to the first season of 7 vs. Wild by Fritz Meinecke. At the time, however, Huber did not dare to take on such a challenge, which is why he canceled with a heavy heart.
However, during the broadcast of season 1 he seemed to regret his decision, which is why he started his own self-experiment on his YouTube channel. In it, Huber tried to survive in the “wilderness” for 24 hours with seven items and no preparation. You can watch the three-part mini-documentary here.
Will Sascha Huber take part in Season 2?
Yesterday, Thursday, June 23, 2022, Sascha Huber finally announced in a story on Instagram that he would start a live stream on his Twitch channel at 8 p.m. The decision whether to cancel or accept participation should be announced in this context.
Although the said stream is not yet visible, we expect that the recording or a separate video will be available shortly on the Sascha Huber’s YouTube channel is published. In the stream, the influencer officially agreed to participate. Thus, in August/September of this year, the fitness YouTuber will have to survive on a tropical island for seven days and seven nights. It should be exciting to see how the soldier masters this challenge.
Season 2 without Marc Robert Lehmann?
The marine biologist and survival expert Marc Robert Lehmann was already considered Fritz Meinecke’s favorite in the run-up to the second season of 7 vs. Wild. After all, the 39-year-old is involved with his club Mission Earth eV not only strong for environmental protection, but also explored numerous countries around the world as a cameraman and photographer for various projects and documentation.

In a three-hour live stream on his YouTube channel with more than 32,000 viewers at peak times, Marc Robert Lehmann finally announced his decision regarding 7 vs. Wild yesterday, Thursday, June 23, 2022.
Ultimately, however, the sad news followed that Lehmann would not take part in the second season. The reason for the surprising cancellation is his own project in the jungle, which he and his team have been planning for over two years. He regrets that he cannot be there, after all he is a big fan of 7 vs. Wild himself. You can currently only watch the corresponding stream if you have a channel membership. It is very likely that Lehmann will publish a separate video with his decision on YouTube or on his Instagram channel.
