Fortnite is known for its variety of skins and finally comes the new Naruto Rivals crossover for the battle royale. We tell you what it contains and how you get the Rival Skins.

Cary, North Carolina – Fortnite has been a long-standing feature of playing characters from the hit anime Naruto. So far it has been the series favorites Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi, but now their rivals are finally being introduced as playable skins in the Battle Royale. Epic Games is kicking off the collaboration tonight at 8 PM ET and running it through July 8th, so if you want to unlock all the new skins, you better start now.

Fortnite: This awaits you at the Naruto Rivals

Who can we look forward to? Fortnite releases four new skins in the Naruto Rivals collaboration, this time you can look forward to four villains from the anime. As with the last crossover, Fortnite uses very popular characters from the series. These four skins will be available in the shop:

  • itachi
  • hinata
  • Gaara
  • Orochimaru

Naruto Rivals: How to get the new Fortnite skins

These are the prices of the skins: The new Fortnite skins will be available in the site’s regular shop and will likely cost between 1,200 and 1,500 V-Bucks. At least that was the case with similar collaborations. However, you can also buy the skins in two different bundles, which will probably be between 2,100 and 2,200 V-Bucks.

The first Fortnite x Naruto Rivals Bundle consists of Itachi and Orochimaru, in this you get:

  • Itachi Uchiha outfit
  • Anbu mask
  • Orochimaru outfit
  • Loading Screen: Island Injas

In the second bundle with Hinata and Gaara you can expect:

  • Gaara outfit
  • sand gourd
  • Gaara’s cloud of sand
  • Hinata Hyuga outfit
  • Hinata’s backpack
  • Loading Screen: Shinobi Squad

In addition to Darth Vader’s lightsaber, you can also arm yourself with shurikens from the anime in Fortnite. These are offered, among other things, in a ninja gear pack that contains the following items:

  • Emote: Lawn Shuriken
  • Hang glider: Manda
  • Pickaxe: Minato’s Kunai
  • Pickaxe: Sword of Kusanagi
  • Livery: Akatsuki

Naruto accessory prices will likely be similar to regular Fortnite items. That means common items cost 500 V-Bucks, uncommon 800 V-Bucks, rare 1,200 V-Bucks and epic 1,500 V-Bucks. But some items can also be unlocked through challenges.

But that’s not all: The Konoha Village opens its doors again in Fortnite

Visit Naruto’s hometown: As with the last Fortnite x Naruto crossover, you can explore the Konoha village again in the new collaboration. So if you’re in the mood for the best ramen, head to the Ichiraku Noodle Shop or check out the imposing Hokage House.

Between June 23 and July 8, complete missions in Konha Village to get XP. You can then use these to explore new places in the village, such as Naruto’s Mind Forest or the Valley of the End. So there’s a lot to discover in Fortnite x Naruto Rivals aside from the new skins.
