Pac-Man World Re-Pac: Remake of the 3D platformer munches on Xbox consoles in August

A remake of 3D platformer Pac-Man World is munching its way to Xbox consoles in August.

Bandai Namco Entertainment today announced a remake of 1999’s Pac-Man World. The first part of the Pac Man World trilogy has sold over 1.5 million copies.

The ghosts kidnapped Pac-Man’s family and friends on his birthday of all days. Now he must go to the rescue through the six areas of Ghost Island and face off against the Ghost Boss.

For the Pac-Man World Re-Pac, the developer promises refined graphics, improved and smooth gameplay and other special features.

Pac-Man World Re-Pac is coming to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4|5, Nintendo Switch and PC on August 26th.
