What is this Pokemon? The bug and flying Pokémon Scyther comes from the 1st generation of games. It can evolve into Scherox. The Pokémon can be found during the GO Fest in Berlin in the “Living Meadow” habitat.

Why is it worth catching? Scyther has a really good advancement with Scizor. The monster isn’t just a beetle type, it’s also a steel type, so you can use it more flexibly. It also convinces with a high attack value.

In addition, one of the PokeMiners’ latest finds shows two new monsters that have been deposited in the game code. Does Shiny Koknodon exist? Yes, you can recognize the iridescent Koknodon by its grey-brown body and the red decorations on its back.

What is this Pokemon? Flampion is a Fire Pokémon from the 5th generation of games. It can be evolved into Flampivian with the help of 50 candies. It also has a Galar variant, but it won’t be available to catch at GO Fest. The Fire Pokémon can be found in the Molten Rock habitat.

Why is it worth catching? Flampion isn’t exactly the strongest monster itself, but it has strong advancements. Flampivian can particularly score with its attack and stamina values. Thus, it secures one of the top 10 fire attackers in Pokémon GO.

Is there a Shiny Flampion? Yes, Flampion can be caught in his dazzling version. You can recognize it by its pink body.

Onix

What is this Pokemon? Onix is ​​a first-generation rock and ground-type Pokémon. It can be evolved into Steelix. Just like Koknodon and Flampion, you can also find Onix during the GO Fest in Berlin in the Molten Rock habitat.

Why is it worth catching? Steelix, the further development of Onix, is particularly interesting for the GO Battle League. The Pokémon has a strong defense value and is at the forefront of the Hyper League with its Dragon Rod, Crunch, and Earthquake moveset.

In addition, Stahlos has a temporary advancement. This in turn is interesting for use in raids.

Does Shiny Onix exist? Yes, you can recognize the dazzling onix by its green body.

More interesting Pokémon for the GO Fest in Berlin

In addition to the strong specimens, you can also expect one or the other new Shiny and a few rare or even regional Pokémon during the GO Fest in Berlin, which you should also secure. So keep an eye out for the following monsters:

Camouflage Pignon: The Generation 5 Pokémon is of the Grass and Poison types. It celebrates its shiny debut at the GO Fest in Berlin and can therefore be obtained in its dazzling form for the first time in the “Electric Garden” habitat.

For this reason, you should collect plenty of Perlu so that you can develop into both variants. In addition, with a bit of luck, you may even encounter a Shiny.

Sodamak and Vegimak: Two regional Pokémon that you can catch at GO Fest in Berlin are Sodamak and Vegimak. Sodamak, which is of the Water type, evolves into Sodachita and is normally only available in America and Greenland. You can recognize it by its blue head, blue hair and ears.

Vegimak, on the other hand, is at home in the Pacific region and in Asia. The Grass-type Pokémon has the Vegichita evolution and is easily recognized by its green body. However, there are currently no dazzling variants of Sodamak and Vegimak in the game.

Grillmak: In addition to Sodamak and Vegimak, there is also Grillmak. However, this little Fire-type Pokémon is native to Europe, so you can occasionally find it in the game. However, Grillmak will be available as a Shiny for the first time as part of the live event in Berlin.
