Season 2 of Diablo Immortal starts poorly – but a new class is probably already on the way

In Diablo Immortal, rumors have been circulating that a new class could yet appear. The blood knight was found in the data, but what speaks for a release in Season 2? We’ll show you.

What’s going on in Diablo right now? Season 2 has arrived in Diablo Immortal and with it very little to no new content. The Battle Pass has the same rewards with a few exceptions and otherwise players are engaged in the same activities as before the release.

A gloomy mood is spreading in the community, but maybe Blizzard has planned a surprise on how they could keep you going. We already told you about a leak in January in which skills from a vampire knight class were found.

Season 2 now makes it more likely that the release could even be coming up soon. We’ll show you what speaks for the release of the new class.

The blood knight could surprise you in Season 2

What speaks for a release in Season 2? Season 2 is all about the Bloodsworn. This cult is known for blood rituals associated with bloody roses. Blizzard has also designed the cosmetic items from the Battle Pass to match.

Should the 7th class be released soon, it would be themed to match the cosmetic items. But that’s not all. A new event called “Hungry Moon” will also await you from July 15th to 18th.

In this event, the moon is hungry for blood and it is up to you to feed the moon’s hunger. In this event you have to offer offerings in order to be rewarded with loot. Again, it’s all about blood.

YouTuber DM: Diablo Immortal theorizes that Diablo might have a hard time consistently providing new content in the form of new story content. It would therefore be possible for Blizzard to constantly bring new classes to keep players happy for longer. This gives you variety and a breath of fresh air.

With the upcoming “Class Change” feature, players should be able to switch between classes more easily without having to create a new hero. So you can quickly and easily try out new things and play. Blizzard has confirmed this feature and scheduled it for a later date in July.

With these points, a release of a new class would be quite likely. So if the new class is released soon, you can switch to the new class with the “Class Change” feature. All details about the feature are not yet known. You may have to farm your equipment again.

Despite this, we only refer to theories and leaks. So don’t take it at face value, because Blizzard can change their plans at any time.
