Farming Simulator 22: The Platinum Edition comes with an expansion pack!

Farming Simulator 22 will be getting a Platinum Edition in November, which, in addition to the base game, also includes an expansion for even more game content. The new partnership between the game studio GIANTS Software and the Volvo Group is particularly important.

With the Platinum Edition you have a total of 500 vehicles and devices to choose from in the game. The new pack contains 40 new machines, including those from the Volvo Construction Equipment and Volvo Trucks brands.

With the Platinum Expension, for example, the Volvo L200H High Lift wheel loader, the John Deere 843L-II and the John Deere FD55 Rad Fellerbündler come into play, but more specific machines are yet to be announced.

In addition to the vehicles, the expansion also contains new maps and fresh game features such as production chains or other gameplay options. The newest map from the expansion, Silverrun Forest, is intended to be reminiscent of the American Northwest and lets you set up your business in a forested area with new forestry options.

Instead of crops, the focus here is on wood, which has to be delivered in missions, and sights, which are improved by the building material supplied – and you can also build a boat dock.
