Stacklands: First content update sends you to the island – News

For the card development game Stacklands (in the user article) the first content update was released on July 11th, which adds a new area to the title with the island. To get there, you must first complete the main quest in the starting area. A new building option then appears with the rowing boat, which takes you to the island.

On the island you will find glass and gold, two new resources that you can ship to the mainland. Also, life there is not without its difficulties: due to the warmer climate, your food will spoil if you don’t cook it, and farmland is harder to find. Snakes and pirates also make your life difficult.

With the update, Stackland will receive over 100 new maps. They can have one of the five new negative status effects. In addition, the update brings you other features, for example Stacklands is now playable with the controller, and quality-of-life improvements that you can see in the announcement at Steam can read.
