Champions of Chaos: Warhammer 3 Expansion Coming August 23 – News

Since February 2022 is with Total War – Warhammer 3 (in review) the third part of the imaginative global strategy series on the market. As the developers of Creative Assembly have now announced, the extension will be released on August 23, 2022 champions of chaos appear. The DLC is a Commander’s Pack containing four legendary subjects of the Chaos Warriors. The first of these is Azazel, the prince of damnation.

The developers also promise “a new campaign experience”. The action is set in the arena city of Zanbajin. Of course, as a champion of chaos, you must gain the favor of your master, preferably through bloodshed and rituals. To be more precise, you collect the souls of your enemies by winning battles and can exchange them for various improvements and demonic reinforcements. When you conquer special Dark Keeps, you get a special minion for as long as you own the territory.

Apart from the four commanders, the DLC should also offer over 50 new units for you. These include the Chaos Knights, the Chaos Warshrine, and the Chosen. All other currently known innovations can be found in the sources.
