Blizzard has probably leaked the release of WoW: Wrath of the Lich King Classic

Apparently, Blizzard accidentally leaked the release date of World of WarCraft: Wrath of the Lich King Classic themselves.

As wow head reported, a new picture was briefly seen on the official website, which gave September 26, 2022 as the date.

Gone again

Not long after that said picture was gone again. It read, “The Lich King returns on September 26, 2022.”

However, it looks like the official announcement of the date is imminent.

Announced in April, Wrath of the Lich King Classic is a reboot of the second WoW expansion. All players who have an active WoW subscription can play Wrath of the Lich King Classic at no additional cost.

Meanwhile, Dragonflight, the next official expansion for Blizzard’s MMO, will be released this year.
