Farming Simulator 22: New map, packs and free content revealed

A new map, packs and free content were unveiled for Farming Simulator 22 at FarmCon.

Farming Simulator 22 is getting even bigger, as developer and publisher GIANTS Software is presenting brand new content at FarmCon.

As part of the annual community event, which takes place from July 21-24, announcements and teasers for Farming Simulator 22 were presented in the international live stream on Thursday evening:

• Creative Mesh’s Pumps ‘N Hoses Pack releases September 27th. The pack will also be available in German stores as a boxed version for the PC
• New Official Pack Announced: Vermeer Pack is coming August 23rd
• Free Content Now Available: John Deere 5M Series and John Deere 710
• Platinum Edition & Expansion “Silverrun Forest” map revealed with teaser trailer
• More details on Saturday in the FarmCon live stream

New packs for August and September

That Pumps N’ Pants Pack will be released on September 27th. Pumps N’ Hoses was developed by the third-party studio Creative Mesh and offers manure hoses, which distribute fertilizer more efficiently and with less impact on the soil using pumps and hoses, manure separation and configurable biogas plants.

A total of over 30 new items are included. In addition to the digital release, Farming Simulator 22 Pumps N’ Hoses Pack for PC will also be available in retail stores. Pre-orders are now possible.

This will be released on August 23rd Vermeer Pack. With the Vermeer-branded pack, virtual farmers can look forward to the digitalization of the world’s first self-propelled baler, the ZR-5. A total of five machines from the North American manufacturer Vermeer are included. A teaser trailer for the Vermeer Pack offers a first look at the machines.

First impressions of the new map

The Platinum Edition and Platinum Expansion expand Farming Simulator 22 with more than 40 new machines from the Volvo Group and other manufacturers, as well as the new Silverrun Forest map.

Inspired by the Pacific Northwest of the United States, the game world was first introduced with a teaser trailer. In the lush landscape dominated by forest areas, players will plant new species of trees while accepting new quests and providing logs for the development of various landmarks.

While Farming Simulator fans gather at the John Deere Forum in Mannheim this weekend, GIANTS Software streams the stage program on Saturday from 10 a.m. CEST on the company’s official Twitch channel. Gamers will learn more about the creation of Farming Simulator and the upcoming content.

On the occasion of FarmCon, GIANTS Software has something particularly exciting for the fans: The John Deere tractors of the 5M series and the 710 (this historic tractor was brought onto the market in Mannheim by John Deere-Lanz in 1965) are now available in the official ModHub ready for download.

The FarmCon is the official and annual community event for modders, developers and players of the Farming Simulator series. Since 2016, fans have been meeting at FarmCon to exchange ideas with GIANTS Software and like-minded gamers.
