Xbox Game Pass is a big deal for the studio, says The Last Case of Benedict Fox developer.

Polish studio Plot Twist is currently developing The Last Case of Benedict Fox, a 2D Metroidvania-style action-adventure platformer. In it, players investigate as a demonic detective and companion.

Speaking of distributing the game through Xbox Game Pass, Creative Director and Lead Game Designer Bartek Lesiakowski said it has had a positive impact on the game and is a big deal for such a small studio.

“It’s hard to put into words the positive impact Game Pass will have on our game. It opens the door for a multitude of players to play Benedict and fall in love – fingers crossed – with the game and its genre. It’s a big deal for a small studio like ours.”

The Last Case of Benedict Fox will be released in spring 2023 for Xbox Series X|S and PC including Game Pass.
