WoW WotLK Classic: Blizzard accidentally reveals the release date

WoW Dragonflight: Caller of the Dracthyr - Official blog for the new hero class

Apparently, those responsible for Blizzard revealed the release date of WoW: Wrath of the Lich King Classic too early last night. The corresponding information has now been removed from the official WoW website.

Large parts of the Classic community are currently waiting for Blizzard officials to finally officially reveal the specific schedule for the launch of WoW: Wrath of the Lich King Classic. After all, it’s not just the Northrend trip that’s involved, but also the pre-launch phase, the provision of the death knights, the activation of the level 1 server and the experience point buff promised by the developers.

WoW | Wrath of the Lich King Classic is coming – that’s changing!

Leak instead of official announcement

But although the WotLK Classic Beta is making good progress and the first raid instances have also been testable for a short time, Blizzard continues to remain silent. It’s good that you can now rely on another weakness of the developers: If they don’t want to reveal anything themselves for a long time, there will eventually be someone who “accidentally” leaks information to the outside world.
