Monster Hunter 6: Leak to MH Paradise was apparently just a fake

Monster hunters have their hands full at the moment: Sunbreak, a gigantic expansion for Monster Hunter Rise, was only recently released and a few days ago it already appeared rumours to the next title of Capcom’s flagship. However, they have now turned out to be wrong, so the hunters can open themselves up again sunbreak focus.

The alleged leak comes from Discord backend files, where a user clicked on a placeholder event came across that’s name Monster Hunter Paradise wore and was then traded as the next part of the series. As part of the alleged leaks, ominous codes for the PC, PlayStation and Xbox had also appeared, but they could not be redeemed.

What is really behind the alleged Monster Hunter Paradise?

Twitter user neonaga99, who first hit the leak drew attention to meanwhile corrected his statement and admitted that there had been a misunderstanding: “He [ein Discord-Mitarbeiter] has no insider info and I just worded it wrong. I’m deleting the tweet to avoid further misunderstandings on this matter.”

MHKogath, a member of Capcom’s Creators Programalso turned on on twitter a: “The Monster Hunter fan on the Discord dev team got busted for making up a placeholder MH name, so they had to change that. Seriously, I don’t know why so many people fell for that of all things Discord of all sorts of places should have such knowledge.”

The leak house of cards has collapsed in other ways too. A other Twitter users noted that Discord staff have since changed the name of the placeholder event again: “Monster Hunter Paradise was just a placeholder name for some other hypothetical game.” So apparently there was only one here Discord staff allowed a joke.

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak – This is what you can expect in the DLC

For Monster Hunter fans, the news that the leak was just a fake shouldn’t be too dramatic. With the Sunbreak DLC for Monster Hunter Rise hard-working hunters have just received an expansion that can easily compete with the Monster Hunter World DLC Iceborne in terms of scope.
