PS Plus: Strong “free” games in August 2022 – that’s what awaits you for PS5 & PS4
The list of “Free” games for PS Plus in August 2022 is certain. In the new month too, members of the online service will thus be able to choose from Games for PS5 and PS4, which you can gamble permanently within your subscription. This time you start the downloads at Yakuza: Like A Dragon for PS5 and PS4. In our review of Yakuza: Like A Dragon you read that an outstanding JRPG awaits you. The role-playing game scores with a strong main story, well-written characters and a gigantic scope.
Also coming to PS Plus in August 2022: Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 cross-gen deluxe bundle for PS5 and PS4. The remake scores with precise controls, useful adjustments and features of later parts, a great level design and an ingenious soundtrack – including a timelessly grandiose gameplay. The August line-up will be rounded off by Little Nightmares: you can grab the title for PS4 in the new month. The downloads will start on August 2nd. The games will be available in the PlayStation Store next Tuesday.
This confirms a previous leak: The insider “billbil-kun” had previously published a list of the “free” games on PS Plus – and was once again spot on. To access the games, you need a standard subscription to PlayStation Plus. Annual membership costs around 60 euros.
