Stray-Modder brings your own cat into play and is overwhelmed with orders
Exploring the cyberpunk city with your own cat? This works out.
It’s not like Stray fans willing to install mods have few animals to choose from to roam the cyberpunk world with. But a very specific alternative to the standard red stray has a really emotional touch: modder NorskPL brings the players’ own cats into the adventure if they wish – and understandably that goes down pretty well.
Go out with your own cat
It’s all about this: Although the red velvet paw from Stray is quite popular and cute, there are already mods that let us play cats of different colors, a dog, Garfield or even CJ from GTA San Andreas (but you need strong nerves for that). But that can hardly compete with the idea of experiencing a very personal cat adventure.
Modder NorskPL accepts orders from playerswho want to go out with their own cat and build them a completely personalized mod. It’s not for free though. Exactly what the unique mods cost varies. NorskPL writes about this on ko-fi.com:
Price for stray orders: name your price (depending on complexity)
This probably only means a starting price, which is then adjusted depending on the complexity. For Mafia 2 orders, which NorskPL also accepts, a price of 7 to 10 dollars is due. But beware: NorskPL mods are not official content from the game development teams.

But if you really want to have your own fur nose in the game, you can put your name on the waiting list in the comments on the page linked above. Other fans would like to give the mod away for the same reason, for example to a girlfriend, as user Dieguito writes. The cat that is to be brought into play in this case passed away just a week ago. Fans also want to use the mod to remember cats that have disappeared and whose whereabouts are unclear. However, some players just want to go out with a counterpart of their lively and beloved cat.
