F1 22: Free update with new track available from today
Codemasters and Electronic Arts bring you a new track for F1 22 today.
The Autodromo Internacional do Algarve, better known as Portimao, comes into play with a free update.
A high reputation
Portimao returned to the revised F1 calendar for the 2020 and 2021 seasons. Lews Hamilton secured victory there in both years.
The approximately 4.6 km long and hilly route is known for its sharp descent, which leads to a final right-hand bend through which you can go at full speed towards the finish line.

“We know our players love the thrill of racing on more circuits, and there’s nothing quite like Portimao,” said Lee Mather, F1 Senior Creative Director at Codemasters. “Portimao is held in high esteem and has a proud history and our players will love the challenge of driving the cars designed for 2022 at the venerable circuit for the first time.”
Another track will follow on September 12, 2022 with the Shanghai International Circuit in China.
