PS Plus: August “free” games to download today, date for September games
Sony gives the “free” PS Plus games for August 2022 free to download today. The publisher did not give a specific time. However, if nothing changes in the familiar process, the new inclusive games will be available in the course of the morning. As a rule, the monthly “free” games appear in the PlayStation Store around 10 a.m. This time you start the downloads at Yakuza: Like A Dragon for PS5 and PS4. In our review of Yakuza: Like A Dragon you read that an outstanding JRPG awaits you.
PS Plus: August games are out today
Also included with PS Plus Essential for August is the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Cross-Gen Deluxe Bundle for PS5 and PS4. The August line-up will be rounded off by Little Nightmares: you can grab the title for PS4 in the new month. Once activated, you have around a month to link the inclusive games to your PSN profile. Once you’ve done that, you can keep the titles permanently within an active membership and play them as often as you like. Annual membership costs around 60 euros.
Date for September games on PS Plus
Until the August games are unlocked, you can still get the games that Sony distributed on PS Plus in July: Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time (PS4 and PS5), The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan (PS4) and Arcadegeddon (PS4 and PS5). The announcement of September Games is for August 31st expected. On September 6th, the upcoming inclusive games should then be available for download in the PlayStation Store.
