Haunted Chocolatier: Here’s a new game screenshot from the Stardew Valley creator

Are you excited for the new game from the creator of Stardew Valley?

Eric “ConcernedApe” Barone has now released a new screenshot of Haunted Chocolatier.

Huge interest

It is already evident that there is a great deal of interest, because Barone received more than 50,000 likes on Twitter for the screenshot alone.

He also gave a small update on the current status: “Progress is going pretty well, but it takes a long time to develop a game,” he writes. “I’m making it completely from scratch (aside from the very rare reuse of something from Stardew, if that makes sense). I’m still in the middle of a long work.”

“It’s going to be a separate game with its own identity… it’s not ‘Stardew 2’. But there might be some overlap in lore, I haven’t exactly determined how closely the two will be connected yet. ”

Haunted Chocolatier has been confirmed for PC so far, but has no release date yet. Barone had also emphasized that he would like to bring the game to other platforms.
