Cosplay: Silco-Speaker from Arcane disguises himself as a villain!
While voice actors bring many fan-favorites to life in shows, films, games and audio books, we often get little of them themselves. It’s correspondingly cool when the voice of Silco from Arcane does cosplay himself!
Animated character voice actors are popular at trade shows because they are the closest thing to the actor in a role. And measured by the success and hype surrounding Arcane, the speakers for the Netflix series have also become real superstars. But instead of just stopping by, answering questions and leaving, the villain Silco’s spokesperson did something really cool: he became a cosplayer himself and went to the fair disguised as Silco!

Jason Spisak inspired visitors at the Megacon 2022 in Manchester: He wore the super chic outfit from Silco – with the filigree waistcoat, wine-red shirt, cool decorations and the colored half of his face – and then organized photo montages with fans in front of a green screen. He certainly wasn’t the only Silco cosplayer that day, but it was definitely a really cool surprise!
When is Arcane Season 2 coming out?
By the way, a second season for Arcane has already been confirmed if you’re in the mood for more. However, the production of such an elaborate animation series takes a lot of time. So we have to be patient at least until 2023. And until then we can guess how much we will have from Silco in Season 2. Because even with just one season, the villain has secured a large fan base, which is definitely also thanks to the work of Jason Spisak.
