The occasional gamble on the toilet is part of the regular business for many. A YouTuber has therefore converted his toilet into a gaming PC.

Texas, USA – Rarely do you want to spend time in the bathroom just doing business. Sometimes you read the ingredients of the next best bottle of shampoo, but you’d much rather play a game on your smartphone. But why only gamble on your smartphone when you can also have the entire gaming setup in the toilet? A YouTuber took on exactly this question and quickly converted his toilet into a gaming PC.

Gaming PC from Klo – YouTuber shows the construction of his boozy build

Who is the YouTuber? The toilet PC engineer is American YouTuber Nick Zetta, better known as Basically Homeless. He regularly posts videos on his channel about increasingly absurd PC builds and various gadgets that take his gaming experiences to completely different levels. He has already played Rainbow Six Siege on PS5 with a Wiimote or used his own face as a controller. Zetta shares all of this with over 1.4 million subscribers who follow his antics over and over again.

How did he build his toilet PC? The term “toilet PC” is no coincidence, Basically Homeless actually installed a working PC in a flushing cistern that also works. The mere choice of its unconventional case presented a number of challenges – most notably the fact that fairly expensive PC components would be no more than a few inches from a lot of water.

So the tech YouTuber built a transparent wall in the toilet tank and raised a wall inside that would (hopefully) separate the PC and flush water without leaks, which actually works after a few adjustments. GTA 6, on the other hand, is not leak-free: A four-year-old leak from GTA 6 is correct in several ways. Back to the Poopoo PC: Building a gaming-ready setup in a cramped toilet tank doesn’t turn out to be easy, especially with “bulky” parts like an RTX 3060, but in the end, Nick Zetta can actually play CS:GO from the pot.

Gaming PC out of the toilet – Enough performance for a sweaty round of CS:GO

What’s in the calculator? So that clever performance is also possible from the ceramic throne, you need correspondingly space-saving and powerful hardware. In his video, Basically Homeless shows the exact individual parts for the gaming pot so that, if you are so daring, you can build your own version. This hardware is in the computer:

  • motherboard: Z690I MEG Unify DDR5 Intel Mini-ITX motherboard
  • Processor: Intel Core i7 12700
  • Graphic card: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060
  • R.A.M: Trident Z5 RGB 64GB DDR5

The gaming toilet from Basically Homeless does not even contain cheap hardware for such a crazy project, you can easily invest 1,500 euros for the four individual parts alone. So it’s no wonder that the YouTuber in the video was so scared of a leak.
