Diablo Immortal: Player may encounter XP cap

from Alexander Ney
If you believe the screenshot of a Reddit user, then there is a limit in the MMO action role-playing game Diablo Immortal above which players no longer receive experience points. To do this, however, the Paragon level of the player character must be significantly higher than the server Paragon level – and there is a long way to go to get there.

“Contrary to what most people claim,” a Reddit user recently posted a screenshot that claims to show that Diablo Immortal actually has an XP cap. The character sheet of the poster’s level 60 sorceress was captured in the image; here the content of a hover window shows the server paragon level (128) as well as the level of the XP reward for the sorceress, which is zero percent.

Parago… What?

The level cap for player characters in Diablo Immortal is level 60 – so a character in the MMO role-playing game cannot reach a higher level. Actually. In fact, after reaching the maximum level, Paragon points can be collected that can be invested in appropriate skill trees, which is equivalent to leveling up. However, as soon as the personal Paragon points account exceeds the server Paragon level, the experience received for the player character is reduced – and this apparently back to zero percent.

However, it is unlikely that any significant number of Diablo players will reach this XP cap. Because, as one of the Reddit commenters correctly pointed out (“The game literally made you stop playing and go outside for some fresh air”), the road to get there is extremely long.
