Like last month, the PS Plus Extra and Premium games and classics libraries are growing again this month. If Sony keeps the rhythm from July, you can look forward to the new titles very soon.

• When will the new games be available? Tuesday, the August 16, 2022

*Where does this date come from? The new PS Plus Extra/Premium titles were announced on the second Wednesday of the month in July and released the following Tuesday. This results in a system similar to PS Plus Essential, which goes live on the first Tuesday of the month and is announced the Wednesday before.

Are games already known?

Yes, the first four free PS Plus Extra/Premium games have already been officially announced. Several titles from the Yakuza series will be included in August:

How about leaks? Another alleged free game has already been leaked. As is often the case with PS Plus Essential, the rumor once again comes from the French deals site Dealabs. So we should also get Ghost Recon: Wildlands this month. You can find out everything you need to know here:
