WoW: The must-have addon for Season 4 – Season 4 Encounter Journal
If you want to know what’s dropping in the WoW Shadowlands Season 4 dungeons, but you’re tired of clicking through the various expansion tabs in the adventure guide, we recommend the “Season 4 Encounter Journal” addon. This means that all instances from season 4 will be in one clear tab.
Season 4 of WoW: Shadowlands brought an innovation that we haven’t seen before in the Mythic Plus area: Old dungeons from the WoD, BfA and Legion expansions have been brought up to Shadowlands level and included in the Mythic rotation . This system will, by the way also continued in the upcoming expansion Dragonflight.
The jumble of WoD, BfA, Legion and Shadowlands dungeons leads to a small problem: If you want to check what items drop in one of the old dungeons, you have to muddle through the adventure guide and call up the loot lists of the old dungeons via detours, which also neither display the correct item level nor have the exact loot list for Shadowlands Season 4. If you don’t want to click through the adventure guide’s menus, simply download the WoW addon Season 4 Encounter Journal.

Instead of having to search for Legion or WoD dungeons in the respective tab each time, the addon Season 4 Encounter Journal packs all instances of Shadowlands season 4 into one clearly arranged tab.

This gives you an additional tab in the adventure guide, listing the Tazavesh dungeons as well as iron docks, Grimrail depot and the two Mechagon and Karazhan parts. The item lists are still based on the old items, but only the developers themselves can change that. At least you no longer have to click through dungeons of three expansions when looking at the loot lists.
