GTA 6: Will set “creative standards” for “the entire entertainment industry”.

It should come as no surprise that Take-Two has high expectations for Grand Theft Auto 6.

In any case, one is very convinced of what developer Rockstar Games will ultimately deliver.

Setting new standards

This is shown by the Testify by Take-Two’s CEO Strauss Zelnick during the company’s latest earnings release.

“In developing the next installment in the Grand Theft Auto franchise, the Rockstar Games team is determined to once again set the creative standard for the series, our industry and the entertainment industry as a whole, just as the label has done with each of its major releases did,” he says.

If that doesn’t raise high expectations and accelerates the hype train from 0 to 100 in one second, what then?

So far, however, there is nothing to support these claims. Official details are not available, but recently it was said that GTA 6 will allegedly have a female protagonist for the first time. The game is also intended to evolve and grow over time.

But it should still be a while before GTA 6 appears. When that happens, Take-Two’s sales will be through the roof again, that’s for sure.
