Marvel’s Midnight Suns postponed again, may not come until 2023
Take-Two has announced that Marvel’s Midnight Suns will not be released on October 7th, 2022 after all. It is the second postponement of Firaxis’ new tactical game.
sigh. We just had ours Preview of the upcoming games highlights in 2022 updated and we can adjust a section again. Thanks to a tweet from Take-Two and Firaxis, it’s clear that Marvel’s Midnight Suns will not be released on October 7, 2022 after all.
Release may not be until 2023
The message states that the tactical superhero bash will only be released later in the current fiscal year 2022/2023 (i.e. before March 2023), initially only for PC, Xbox Series and Playstation 5. The versions for Playstation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch will follow at a later date.
They want to use the extra time to deliver the best possible experience for everyone. The developers say that Marvel’s Midnight Suns (buy now €69.99) is by far their biggest game yet, which is a remarkable statement. After all, the Firaxis team has some top titles in their portfolio with the Civilization series, XCOM: Enemy Unknown and XCOM 2.
