As impressive as the new 2018 Gof of War is, it’s still worth catching up on its predecessor, God of War 3, which originally came out on PS3 if you’ve missed it so far. While God of War 3 is a significantly different game and doesn’t feel as mature as its sequel, the hack and slash combat is still great fun. They owe that to the spectacular staging, the many special attacks and the powerful feeling associated with every heavy blow. In addition to a higher resolution, the remaster also offers new lighting effects and better animations, making it look a lot better than the original. All DLCs are also included.

The 20 Year Celebration Edition of Rise of the Tomb Raider includes graphical improvements such as 4K resolution and all DLC including the expansion Baba Yaga: The Temple of the Witch. Far Cry Primal – Stone Age open world adventure test video
Far Cry Primal has a scenario that is unusual for the series: instead of using guns and vehicles to fight dictators or cult leaders, we are transported to prehistoric times, where we have to use spears to defend ourselves against mammoths and saber-toothed tigers. The game world is visually pretty and implemented with great attention to detail. In terms of play, however, much remains the same: In a large open world, we complete missions, go hunting and attack enemy camps, whereby we can sneak up, dare a frontal attack or use the animal world to our advantage. All of this is not new, but it also works very well in the Stone Age.

A Way Out is a co-op adventure that can only be played in co-op with two people. Launch trailer for Blasphemous shows the hard-hitting 2D souls
Blasphemous could roughly be described as a Dark Souls in 2D pixel look. Both the melee gameplay and the high level of difficulty are reminiscent of the famous model. Above all, the similarity is due to the desolate, nightmarish game world and the gloomy art design. The latter is inspired by the Spanish Inquisition and accordingly equipped with a lot of religious symbolism, but also with many instruments of torture. Blasphemous is particularly creative in the design of the opponents, we are confronted with tons of grotesque creatures and gigantic bosses. We only stand a chance against them if we make good use of the combo system.
