Rumor: New superhero game from EA is still in its infancy

While Marvel Officially fully focused on the production of countless films and series and at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con gave generous insights into the plans for Phase 5 and 6, one seems neat behind the scenes Video Game Adaptations of comic heroes to work.

According to rumors, the industry giant Electronic Arts not only a title to Wakanda’s hero Black Panther are in development, but also to Tony Stark aka Iron Man. If you were hoping that this might be out in the near future, you may be disappointed as an insider has stated that it is Iron Man game almost in its infancy.

The info comes from Industry insider Nick Baker, who commented on a possible Iron Man game from EA in his Xbox Era podcast a while ago, but has now confirmed the previously vague statements again. He mentioned Jeff Grub and Tom Henderson, other insiders who should know about the game, and talked about it very early stage of development of the supposedly upcoming game:

“Yes, Iron Man is the game I heard about. Before I mentioned Iron Man, I showed my direct message to Jeff Grub, who said EA was working on Iron Man. Tom Henderson heard the same thing. He just wasn’t sure, and part of the reason I didn’t say anything about Iron Man is because it’s super, super, super early [in der Entwicklung steckt]. So early in fact that it might never happen. It’s that early, ridiculously early.”

“No one is more excited about the potential of an Iron Man game than I am, but I try not to get too excited because I’ve been told how early it is.” So even if the rumors about the Iron Man game are actually true, the release still really far away.
